News From the FarmJune 15, 2009 Hello From Owasso Tree and Berry Farm; We will open for blackberry picking at 7am Thursday, June 18th. We will have Chicksaw variety ripe at that time. The Kiowa and Quachita varieties will be ripe a little later. Our hours will be 7am-12 noon, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 7am-4pm Saturdays. We furnish picking buckets and cartons to carry berries home. Our patch is mowed and berries are in neat rows. We have a new area this season with picnic tables if you care to bring a snack or early lunch, for after picking. Our price is $3/pound - you pick, and $4/pound - we pick.
